Exchange & Returns

 -We offer exchange/replacement service. The customer must initiate the size exchange request via email at, within 2 days of receiving the goods

-Incase a style doesn't suit the customer, they can exchange the same with another item of the same value.

-The goods must be shipped back to us in their original state, within a week after receiving the shipment.

-Each piece goes through a quality check, packed and sealed carefully. The product is only eligible for a return in the case of damage in transit

-We do not accept returns or exchange on custom made, or made to measure pieces. If the size ordered is required to be changed, we will only provide alterations at no extra cost.

-The customer has to borne shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
